WHY IT EXISTS
From a useful idea in a video to an experiment in the world.
Entrepreneurship tutorials often describe repeatable methods. The hard part is turning those descriptions into steps that can be checked, adapted to a different market, executed safely and evaluated against reality. That's the problem Foundry aims to solve. Only material we are authorized to process should enter the pipeline; third-party creators do not sponsor or endorse this project.
Illustrative scenario (not a deployed business): a permitted educational video explains how a service business acquires customers. Foundry aims to extract the steps with source references, test market assumptions, draft a narrowly scoped product and evaluate genuine customer response. Copying an entrepreneur's identity, assets or protected content is not the goal.

Foundry's canonical plan evaluates Automaton v0.2.1 as an architectural reference for agent infrastructure. It does not grant imported agents unchecked control of execution, security settings, or funds.
Automaton-style capabilities remain subject to founder-controlled policy, deterministic validation, isolation, scoped permission and separate treasury approval.
